These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Thought Spark (“the app”), operated by Edventure Design LLC (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Thought Spark helps you capture ideas and refine, research, and act on them using AI features. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
2. Your account
You sign in with Apple. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the app.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the app, including: violating any law; attempting to access the service in an unauthorized way; reselling or abusing AI features; or using the app to generate unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
4. Subscriptions & billing
- Thought Spark Pro is an auto-renewing subscription offered at $7.99/month or $49.99/year (prices may vary by region).
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Purchases are processed by Apple and subject to Apple’s standard terms (the Apple Standard EULA). Refunds are handled by Apple.
5. AI-generated content
Clarify and Research results are generated by AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. You are responsible for verifying any information before relying on it. Web research surfaces third-party content we do not control. You can report a result from within the app.
6. Your content
Your ideas and notes remain yours and are stored on your device. We make no claim to them. See our Privacy Policy for how content is processed when you use AI features.
7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Edventure Design LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
